E and S Sweets LLC does not sell any products to children but rather to adults who can make purchases with a credit card. Our pricing reflects great value because we strive to maintain a high level of inventory for all of our merchandise available at our online store. Occasionally demand does surpass our supplies as we replenish our stock. This can cause a slight delay in availability of your merchandise. If you have a critical time frame in which you are working please contact us to verify the item is in stock.
ACCEPTANCE OF GOODS/ CLAIMS AND ERRORS
E and S Sweets LLC inspects all outbound orders before they leave our facilities. A claim of damage cannot be filed unless all of the original packaging is available for inspection without any alterations. All claims must be made within 48 hours of receipt.
How long will it take to process my order?
Orders will be processed as soon as possible. Orders placed on Mondays and holidays, will be processed the next business week. If you ordered an item that is out-of-stock, you will receive an email or phone call with expected available date. Orders containing both in-stock and out-of-stock items will be assembled when all items are in stock, unless other arrangements are made.

Items are shipped based on customer information and carrier selection provided by consumer to E and S Sweets.
If you need to change a shipping address, please contact orders@EandSsweets.com to request a change of address. A fee of $20 per box will be charged for each address change.
Sometimes when creating shipping labels, our Shipping Software can detect when an address is wrong. If that is the case, EandSswetts.com will contact you via email. If we don’t hear from you within two business days after the email or phone call is sent, EandSswetts.com will cancel your order.
If a package is returned to us, customer will be responsible for original shipping in addition to the shipping carriers Return-to-Sender fee (which is the original amount of shipping). If package gets lost or damage, no refunds apply.
Shipping rates, options and time frame are based on customer location and product availability. Shipping times are disclosed at checkout. If there are any delays or changes, a representative of E and S Sweets will contact you.
**NOTE: When weather exceeds 70 F°, 2-day shipping for all boxes containing perishables (i.e. chocolate) will be required for delivery addresses that are outside Wisconsin, we also will not ship out candy on Thursdays and Fridays. Free shipping will not apply to these orders.**
We also reserve the right to hold shipments if the temperature is above 80 F°. Thanks so much. These requirement help to ensure that your purchase is delivered in perfect condition.

Do you deliver orders?
Yes. Call the store at 262-368-3270 to see if E and S Sweets can deliver to the requested address.
For the health and safety of our customers, we DO NOT accept returns on any edible products. We only accept returns of non-edible items that have not been used and they have the original packaging. We are not responsible for returns on incorrectly ordered items.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging* (If Applicable) You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at Orders@EandSsweets.com. If you want to return a product, you have to contact us within 2 business days of receiving your order (we can determine this by using Tracking Number). Products need to be unopened and with original packaging. Refund for returns exclude shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee. Customer is responsible for shipping the products back to our store and if the product damages shipping back to our store, the customer will be responsible for full cost of that item. We do not do refunds for returned items without prior approval.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
For the health and safety of our customers, we DO NOT accept returns on any edible products. Custom items cannot be returned unless otherwise defective. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on last chance items or gift cards.
If an item was ordered by mistake (wrong size, color etc.) An exchange may be requested. Exchanges are subject to return and new shipping charges. Note: We do not accept edible product exchanges.
If an item was incorrectly fulfilled on our end, we will exchange at no additional cost to you, or refund in full depending on your preferences and product availability.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
E and S Sweets LLC goes to great lengths to assure the highest level of quality control. We will not honor an exchange or refund for a defective product if the product has been misused, neglected or harmed in any manner.

If we have links to other internet based sites and we cannot be responsible for their privacy conduct. We do take care in the sites that we link to our own site and feel they take as much care in your privacy as we do.
WEBSITE SECURITY METHODS AND FRAUD PREVENTION
All transactions are conducted in a secure environment to protect against fraudulent observation and or use. We do not store your financial information on the web site such as credit card information. Any credit card information, or other sensitive information, collected by EandSsweets.com is first transmitted to Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted in transmission. All authorized persons are required to keep information accessed via our database confidential. At our discretion, orders received over the phone or internet may require photo I.D. verification.
We prefer that customers pay for merchandise via MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express and Debit.
